License for Non-Exclusive Monster Stock Art

By using this art, you agree to follow the rules contained within this licensing agreement.

You may use the purchased images for print, web, advertising, videogame, and video production. Personal, commercial, and editorial use is permitted, so long as the publication constitutes a larger body of work not limited to the images themselves, as in a PDF, book, video, or a similar product.

Images may be reduced and/or cropped. Color images may be made greyscale for the purposes of printing in that color scheme. Greyscale images may be recolored. You may not otherwise modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the images. Images may not be used in image generation databases, or modified through machine generation tools.

Images may not be resold or redistributed, nor the license transferred to a third party. Images may not be used as part of a logo, trademark, or service mark. Images may not be used as the basis for any individual or collection of physical or digital merchandise or promotional items, which you offer for sale, such as but not limited to t-shirts, greeting cards, posters, prints, mugs, etc.

If you use any of these images in publication (digital, print, or otherwise), you must include the following statements in the credits:

Michael Kuhns retains the right to sell the use of these images. 

This agreement will immediately terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement. Upon termination, you agree to destroy all copies of the images in your possession, including any product that contains the images.

You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
